I ate the last of my cottage cheese today, this makes me sad. 

I found a yummy snack today, raw mushrooms with soft cheese on the top,

Wednesday 6th February

So 

I haven’t posted in awhile. 

Uni has started again which means work and not a lot of time to remember to blog.

However, I’m going to have to remember

Breakfast 

Two pieces of 400g seeded toast (Eww but it’s all we had in) Healthy Extra  

Spaghetti Hoops I think these are free 

Lunch 

Subway (Oh dear )

However, it was a chicken wrap with lots of salad

so 2 for Mayo, 6 for Wrap and 2 for chicken being bad

I was bad and had a cookie :(

I haven’t  had my tea yet, but I am going to make it a SW approved no syns tea :)

I also had two M&S crackers (sunflower seeds are good yeah? )

with cottage chesse- YUM YUM

So every though i’ve been a little bad, I’ve lost half a stone. My stomach is so much smaller than it was.

I go to the gym 4/5 times a week which is amazing if you know. 

I can run so much more, I can lift more and I feel good. 
So it’s all good
